VMAX®

Replace your analog landline-style phone lines with VMAX®, our basic business phone service. We use Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) to transmit your calls digitally over the cloud. We provide the dial tone and service handoff to our circuit; you provide the phones. Use equipment you have, or buy new phones with features you want. Connect your phone lines to our handoff, and start making calls! Your costs will be a set monthly amount for each line.

Caller ID

Identifies who is calling, before you answer.

Call Forwarding / Call Forwarding Variable

Forward your calls from your desk phone to an alternate number. You have three options:

  • Always – Forward all incoming calls to a number you choose.
  • No Answer – When you don’t answer the phone after a defined number of rings, forward calls to a number you choose.
  • Busy – When you are on the phone, forward incoming calls to a number you choose.

Single Rate Nationwide Calling

All calls are billed at a single rate, in cents per minute.

  • InterGlobe bills in 6 second increments. This saves you money, when compared to companies that bill in 1 minute increments.
  • Example: for a call that lasts 1 minute and 2 seconds, other companies will bill you for 2 minutes. InterGlobe will only bill you for 1 minute and 6 seconds.

Foreign Exchange Numbers

We can connect your number to the central office in a different, ‘foreign’ exchange area. By updating the foreign exchange area, it will look as though the call is coming in locally

Phone numbers from 48 states

We can provide phone numbers from any state in which we do business.

eFax – Fax to Email

We can provide you with inbound and outbound eFax services, through our InterGlobe ISP.

E911 Support & Compliant Network

Our system provides for 911 emergency calling. (If our VoIP service is interrupted, however, 911 emergency calls must be made from a copper landline or a cell phone.)

Favorite Nation Rates

Tell us which 10 nations you call most frequently, and we will reduce the rate per minute for the calls you make to those 10 nations.

Hunt Groups

Incoming calls roll over to the next available telephone number among a predetermined group, which you define.
